Rental 

The apartment can be rented for £1750 per week (includes underground parking space, heating, water, electricity, use of the swimming pool and sauna and cleaning following departure).

• Deposit - a 50% non refundable booking deposit is required within 7 days of booking and final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• A damage deposit of £200 is payable with the final payment, which will be refunded  following the final inspection.
• Linen - you can take your own linen and towels or we can arrange for all beds to be made for arrival and towels provided for an additional £15 per person per week, payable with final payment.
• Obligatory extra charges: Tourist tax per day - adult 2.5 Swiss Francs, child (6-16 years) 1.25 Swiss Francs.
• No smoking and no pets allowed.

Saturday: Check in 3pm. Check out 10am.
