This luxury 3 bedroomed newly-built apartment in Nendaz is just 2 minutes walk from the village centre. The spacious living room, which includes a fully-equipped kitchen, opens on to a large balcony providing fantastic views over the Valais mountains and the Rhone valley.

The accommodation comprises two double bedrooms (one with with en-suite bathroom), one twin bedroom and a family shower-room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and the living room has satellite TV and an enclosed real fire.

The apartment shares a private indoor swimming pool and sauna which is accessed directly from the apartment lift. It also has it’s own ski locker and underground parking space. There is easy walkway access to the main ski-lift (Telecabine de Tracouet) and the ski bus also stops close to the front of the apartment for access to the other nearby ski areas (Siviez and Tortin).
